Students applying for a MHSA scholarship will need to download these pdf files, update them using Adobe Acrobat Reader, print them out where they can be mailed or delivered in person. Instructions to generate and complete the Molalla Alumni Scholarship application On-Line: The form is in pdf format which you can download to your computer. You will need to have the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can find a copy of the free Acrobat Reader at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader At this time, you may fill in all the information requested, but you will be unable to save the completed form to your computer. You will be able to print out the completed form for you to submit and for your records. A few tips: print off a blank copy of the form so you can read through it and use it for a rough draft. The short essays could be written in Word or a similar word-processing program. It is then a simple matter to cut and paste them into the Scholarship Application. You are limited to about 150 words in each essay. If you need more than one page for your activities, you can fill out the first page and print it, then clear the form and fill in page 2 and print it. If you are unable to complete the entire form at one time, you can print off the pages you have finished and go back to the others later on.
