Mary Ann (Krupicka) Leimbach


Mary Ann Leimbach (June 2, 1931- March 20, 2011)

WOODBURN - Mary Ann Leimbach was born to John and Mary (Slaby) Krupicka in Aurora, Oregon.

She grew up and attended school at Molalla, Oregon. She married William Fredrick Leimbach Jr. in Woodburn, Oregon in 1950. They moved to Hubbard, Oregon, then later they settled in Woodburn, where they farmed. She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church. She enjoyed knitting and quilting. She donated her needlework to numerous nursing homes.

She is survived by her sons, William F. Leimbach III of Salem and Gerald Leimbach of Woodburn; brothers, George Krupicka of Eugene and Frank Krupicka of Bend; sisters, Elsie Shaffer of Springfield and Leta Tlusty of Beavercreek; 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, William Fredrick Leimbach Jr. in 1992; and daughter, Lori Lee Leimbach.

Visitation Friday, March 25 from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Funeral Mass Saturday, March 26 at 11 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church in Woodburn. Rite of Committal to follow at St Luke Catholic Cemetery.
