CAROL LYN LOUISE STEVENS —

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Shiloh Cemetery for Carollyn Louise Stevens, 55, Burgess, who died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, at her home, following a long illness of cancer.

Pastor Glen Polnack will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Daniel Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Angels Among Us, in care of the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, David Stevens, and a daughter, Chrissy Stevens, both of the home; a daughter Jennifer Stevens and grandson DJ Stevens, both of Pittsburg, Kan.; three stepdaughters, JoeAnna and son James, Oregon, Annette and children Stacey and Rickey, Ceres, Calif., and Alice and sons Scott and Tom, Waterford, Calif.; two great-grandchildren of Ceres, Calif.; a sister, Idalou and a brother, Tony, Molalla, Ore., and many nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Luella Williams; her father, Richard Williams, and an infant sister, Ruth Marie.

Mrs. Stevens was born Dec. 30, 1954, in Oregon City, Ore. She had worked as a CNA in her younger years in Canby, Ore., before becoming a full time mother, and then a full time grandmother.
