George David Hadley

George David Hadley, 61, of Salem and Newport, died Wednesday, Feb. 11 2015.

David was born in San Antonio, Texas to Patricia and John Hadley. He graduated from Molalla Union High School.

In 1979 he married Janis Lyn Kerkman. They had two children, Isaac and Benjamin.

David owned and operated Dave's Auto Repair and retired in 2013. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeling and barbecuing.

He devoted himself to recovering from alcoholism and to the recovery of others.

He was preceded in death by his sisters Susan Wiseman and Joan Shepard and his son Benjamin Paul Hadley.

He is survived by his son Isaac, brothers John and Matthew and much extended family and friends.

Services to be held at 2pm on March 21 at the Forest Grove Senior Center, 2037 Douglas St. Forest Grove, OR.
